These is ideal for a company or organisation that doesn’t necessarily have a plethora of information, but needs to get the key points across – ideal for an event or service. One-page websites have links at the top like a normal website, however instead scroll to the relevant part of the page when clicked, giving an ultra-modern feel. Getting your One Page Site Online
I can develop on-page sites which show off your company, group or organisation – giving you a great online image, and helping to attract more leads and customers.
CHOOSE YOUR DOMAIN
You may already have a domain name, but if not – don’t worry. Your domain name is the web address that people type in to the address bar to reach your website (mine is websiteright.co.uk). I can help you pick and register a domain name, however, here are a few tips if you’re looking to do it yourself…
- Make it memorable
- Make it short
- Make it easy to spell
- Avoid hyphens
- Avoid trademarked names
- Include relevant keywords
Once I have registered the domain as being yours, I will then get the website connected with my super-fast secure server – this is place where your site contents will be physically stored – images, videos, contents, databases and more.
HOSTING YOUR ONE PAGE WEBSITE
Link your Domain
A domain name is like a mobile phone, you buy it – but it needs to be connected to a network (or in my case – a server) for it to be any use to you. The server is where your site is located!
I Host Websites!
I have a secure and fast server where your site can be hosted. Rock-solid and lightning quick (however you can host it yourself if you want to) – there is no charge for this for the first year.
Email Addresses
Once your hosting is set up, I can create as many email addresses for you as you want. (When your site is fully complete, you’ll be given unrestricted access to add as many more as you want).
SSL Certificate
FREE whilst you’re hosting with me. This puts the padlock in the address bar. Websites which HTTPS rank better in the search engines than those without – so why would you not want one?

Creating Your Site
I’ll send you a number of templates and ideas which match your requirements, you pick the one you like, and I can tinker them to make them just how you want them.
Loading in Products
I will load in the content to your website. Please note that I cannot just come up with it for you. Whilst this is a payable service I can provide, ideally you’ll have as much content for me as possible!
Service Integration
If you want to include a social media stream like Facebook, Twitter on Instagram – or you want a stream of Flickr photos for example – I can do this for you, and give it a seamlessly integrated look.
Feedback Forms
A website is pointless if there’s not a way of people contacting you, so we’ll put emphasis on getting the users to proceed with the action you want, whether it is pressing the Buy Now button, or filling in your Contact Form.
